A two-story retail complex virtually untouched since the early 1980's needed some new life. We decided simple was better and cleaned up the roof lines and the color palette.
design process
This project really needed a face-lift to keep up with the new construction in Lemon Grove. We faced a lot of challenges with the existing roof and seismic redesign, but in the end, it made a major difference.
